Bombay Sapphire Hebru Brantley
For Bombay Sapphire’s first-ever limited edition bottle, we connected them with respected Chicagoan artist Hebru Brantley, co-signed by famous collectors like Jay-Z, Lenny Kravitz, George Lucas, Kid Cudi, and LeBron James. Brantley imagined colorful portraits of two of his original characters to decorate the bottle’s rectangular surfaces embedding his “Afro-futuristic style” of art that reflects his narrative-driven work. FlyBoy and Lil Mama are both inspired by the Tuskeegee Airmen, a group of African-American fighter pilots who fought against racial discrimination in World War II.
We produced fun, story-driven content to capture Hebru’s story and design process with Bombay and to showcase this special new bottle.
